Mushtaq and Bilal (M&B), established in 1975, is a consulting structural engineering firm, providing a comprehensive and complete engineering services, from conceptual design, re-strengthening of structures, bridges, sea ports to construction management, of private and public sector clients. After successfully completed more than 1000 projects M&B is one of the leading consulting engineering firms in Pakistan & has established an impressive track record.

Soon after its inception in 1975, Mushtaq and Bilal were selected as the associate design and consultant for Aga Khan Hospital and Medical University in Karachi, spread over 1 million square feet medical complex and one of the most prestigious civil projects ever undertaken in Pakistan. Working in collaboration with US based architects and engineers, M&B carried out detailed structural analysis and design for the project.

Since then, Mushtaq and Bilal individually and in conjunction with other consultants, has undertaken and successfully completed civil engineering projects including bridges, high rise buildings, marine structures, roads and highway, institutional structures and industrial facilities.

Probably, even more than the variety of the projects undertaken, it is the diversity of the clients that M&B has served that has shaped the company into a complete engineering consulting concern. The client list compiled over the years includes federal and local governments, international developmental agencies, financial institutions, hospitals, private developer, hotel chains etc.
