Coleroon Shore was formed in 2014 with the goal of providing imaginative architectural solutions within the economic and developmental constraints of its clients. The firm believes that all projects benefit from a process involving the client, architect, builder and other specialists in an informative collaboration, and that successful projects are made possible through the management of all participants involved. We encourage this collaboration and act as a guide through the process of design and construction so that each project benefits from the participation and strengths of each team member. Also the opportunity to get people thinking about architecture as an integral part of the human experience, forms the basis of successful design which the company believes as a strong principle to a successful practice.

WHO?

A Graduate from University of Madras (2004), Mullaimanalan pursued a course in Digital Architecture where he got exposed and acquainted to modern ways of design and thought processes and its application in Architecture. After successful completion of the course with distinction from Anna University in 2006, he moved to Bengaluru (then Bangalore) and worked under renowned firms like Zachariah Consultants and Inform Architects for 4 years and headed back to Chennai to become Project Designer for HKS Inc. Dallas. He then headed the design team for KGD Chennai.
                Coleroon Shore Design Services Pvt. Ltd. was an idea that was long prevailing and got realised in 2014 January. Drawing inspiration from Architect Glenn Murcutt, the company adopts Lean operations and systems yet providing a spectrum of services to clients satisfaction. A few key principles, the company follows are :
