First of all, we would like to thank you for discovering we exist! It is not every day we get to experience the industry come together on a single platform.

Banjaiga Private Limited came about after we noticed a huge disconnect between the various parts of the construction industry. The moving components were not in constant communication with each other, resulting in a waste of time and energies. Material information, specifications, trustworthy contractors, clients and architects; all the stakeholders were working together on the same goal but in individual pockets of isolation. A functioning ecosystem was missing. Something had to be built to solve this. So we decided to build this ecosystem from the ground up. Made by architects, for other architects.

What can “Banjaiga” do for you?

1- “Banjaiga” is your plug-in studio.

Architects are rock stars; they seldom need any outside help! But sometimes, when the clients get rough and the projects get tough, they can do with some outside assistance. This is where we come in. We assist your clients on your behalf. Material queries, rates, discounts, procurement, service providers, we get it done for them, just because we love architecture, and you, as a consequence!

2- “Banjaiga” is your documentation and marketing partner.

We have a mission of documenting our members, that means “you”. We want to put you and your projects in the best light in front of the world. By collecting and documenting your past, present and future works, we ensure your work and presence remains relevant in the complex eco-system. Its time to put Pakistani architects on the map. We create your online work profiles on our app and web platforms and feature your work on our channels.

3- “Banjaiga” is your architectural community, with no strings attached.

We are cultivating a culture of learning and creativity, but always in the context of built environment. We are trying to open up the best built works by architects for other peers to enjoy and experience. We want to engage in an interactive learning environment where materiality, function and form are always in constant communication. And there`s more ofcourse!

4- “Banjaiga” works hand in hand with your current network of vendors and contractors.

We understand that you have your own preferred network that you have cultivated over the years that you trust. No problem! Banjaiga can wok with your lot of professionals to help serve your clients better. In case you need alternatives, we can connect you to many more. One big happy family.

What can I do to become part of Banjaiga?

We are glad that you have decided to become part of Banjaiga. We are excited as well as nervous; excited because we love to add talented Architect and Designers to our growing network but nervous because we want to make sure the relationship has a good start.

In order to go through a seamless on boarding experience on Banjaiga, you need to relax, sit back ad follow the following steps.

Before you do anything, just read through the questions in the following step. By clicking on the right link, you will tell us more about yourself: This link will take you through an experience that might at first seem like your first year MCQs but soon, will transform into a relatively easy form. The reason to put every potential member through this process is because we need to make sure we know who we are getting into a working relationship with and ensures we get a 360 degrees overview of your services and practice.

Ask yourself the following questions:

ce we get your information, it will take our team a couple of days to process it and send you the membership contract. The contract will include a form that needs to be filled in, signed on and then returned to Banjaiga. There is a small fee that we charge our members, but nothing to be concerned about.

Once that step is cleared, our teams will get in touch with you and start documenting your work based on our formats. We will convert the information into beautiful profiles and pages that our clients can view and appreciate your work.

On a personal level, we will intermittently stay in touch. We will share a list of vendors we love working with, and you will share back a list of vendors you love working with! We will connect all the stakeholder you have been working with, to your projects and chalk out a professional network around you. And it doesn’t stop there…
