Space is perceived as a congregation of multiple scales down urban forms. The site is a small cube in the bustling bazaar in F-6, Islamabad. Space serves to a complex system of a veterinary clinic. Each box is wrapped in a different material to denote the function. Blue space is a washing space. The wooden form is office/consultancy space. Poly carbonate box is a procedure room and white form is a toilet.

The interior design of this project has been divided into phases as the division is based in levels of the office space and various departments within EY. Due to the complex phases of a working office space we had to manufacture a number of items outside the site and execute them on specific timings therefore the assembling timelines was extremely crucial.

Following the contemporary style, the design for Highland Country Club Hotel is a retreat in the mountains. Its intricate interiors match the luxurious taste of the clients.

Highland Country Club Hotel has been designed to provide the most comfortable accommodations with its warm interiors and balconies looking out into the green valleys of Margalla Hills.

Renovation is the process of upliftment and up-gradation of an existing built space. It can include measures as small as repainting your house, to something more time and resource consuming as revamping the entire ventilation system. In recent times, when we have started inhabiting urban hubs, renovation and refurbishment has become a lucrative field. Especially in commercial areas where companies are constantly re-branding and relocating, as well as in residential zones, where residents are adapting their homes to modern aesthetics and systems. Let’s take a deeper look into what exactly renovation entails and what factors encourage people to renovate.

Napier Lodges hotel facility comprises of 25 superior and 20 junior suites catering to various needs of visiting occupants. A stroll in the verandas or a cup of tea in the cafe offers an experience that embraces the rich heritage of Lahore City while providing the comforts of the modern times.

The central idea of this low-income housing was to create a sense of belonging for a displaced community.

The development is divided into distinct neighbourhoods – in contrast to the tattered urbanity of Karachi as a whole – and organised around plazas, gardens, and courtyards, linked by ceremonial pathways. Shading devices, natural ventilation and a water recycling system all contribute to sustainability. The post-and-beam structures are infilled with both solid and hollow brick masonry and finished with earth-toned Colorcrete. The project cost around US$ 10 per square foot, inclusive of land and infrastructure.

This is an upcoming & under – construction CSR Project by Suhail & Fawad Architects in Rawalpindi. This low profile building will be Mian Mohammad Arif Memorial Center for Behbud Association of Pakistan and will be an extension of their head office facilities inside their compound on Tipu Road and is a small effort on our part to design and supervise the project.
