The house is built up in an area of 50 x 90, with an additional 1 Kanal green area towards the east side. All three levels of the house are connected visually. The main features of the house are its verandas, terraces, green planters, and the courtyard. A lot of experimentation went into finalizing the material of the facade.

The exterior consists of one material, Natural stone (Akora Khatak Stone) but with two textures. One is plain stone slabs, while some elements are cladded with the wastage attained from straightening the same slabs, hence giving the façade a very rough and tactile feel. Another prominent feature of the house is the sloping courtyard that opens up to all levels of the house. This courtyard becomes the central spine of the house. The house focuses on celebrating the outside greenery, as well as the surrounding landscape that can be glimpsed from the inside. In a way, the greenery accompanies the visitors throughout the itinerary.
