Overview

The mixed use building caters to corporate offices, hospitality, retail stores & a private penthouse with a swimming pool on level 5.
The building is an effort by the design team to look at a simple, workable and material friendly complex which is well lit and easily accessible for the end user.
Its an under process project which is flexible and can be added on to when required. Currently the second phase is in design and will be added towards the rear side and will be connected through the existing bridge atrium but will be 12 stories or more compared to the existing 5 stories.
The central linear four story high courtyard that is the focal point is an extension of the connecting veranda, stairs & bridges on all levels and maximizes day light keeping privacy intact. This philosophy is derived from our regional context, environments, an outcome of subconscious recollection of experiences, aesthetic & day to day social functions.
We want our buildings to weather gracefully & grow richer with age and become part of the landscape.
