The project has been designed in a very simplistic manner to fashion a naturally well lit residence allowing the user the flexibility to convert the residence from a single unit to a multiple user unit if required along with a separate entry/ exit. The developed space plan is catering to a contemporary lifestyle, kept very open, allowing for versatility in terms of usage. The external form and facade has been conceived in warm and earthy tones with mountain ledge stone cladding local to the province while 'Kael' wood has been recycled from the demolished house at this exact location to be used on the main gate accentuating the entry for the habitation.
