1/2 House Modern Design

The challenging thing while designing this house was that three elevations were dead ones, resulting in zero lightning and ventilation. To minimize this, the design was integrated with open spaces to give an open feeling to the inhabitants, providing them with natural light and ventilation

Moreover, two bedrooms have been provided with personal lawns and terraces, to give a sense of personal space.

Lawns have been added on both sides to control the temperature of house. Most importantly, at the lower level, deck has been introduced with kitchen to give the sensation of togetherness and openness., where the inhabitants can enjoy their personal lawn while they sit, relax, eat or just have a nice family time.
