2 Kanal Farm House – Mardan By Gulraiz Architects and Builders

The Project distinctive design honors British Colonial Architecture with a series of intricate elements incorporated with Modern design. GAB as a team focused to bring back the delicacy of “ancient rhythm and Neo-classicism of traditional facades and nestle them in to a contemporary context.

The elaborated detailed at the building crown with a balance created with round-arches and straight windows formed a perfect amalgamation of classical and modern styles.

The typical 1960’s Gol-Kamra concept is revived with the designation of circular staircase which serves as the main focal point of the Design.

The central corridor creates a hedge between the internal and external spaces which not only deals with the natural ventilation systems but also creates a symphony between the indoor and outdoor space.
