409 TECH AVENUE

Tech Avenue is a recent addition to the interior portfolio of the firm. The design team was able to achieve a new corporate ID of the organization developing an open plan office space as the clients wanted a well lit and vibrant floor plan. The footprint is 4000 Sq. ft.
The design was simplified accordingly opening the office towards the Margalla hills or self-created green spaces. The natural raw ceiling was opened up with some drop ceilings wherever needed which increased the height of the common areas while the private spaces were designed with soundproofing and glazing that looks towards the best views available both inside and outside. A repetitive theme of circles has been incorporated in every element of the project, ceilings, walls and customized lighting systems.

The design team under the guidance of the Principals was able to monitor the quality of the project and made sure that every detail was designed, including the selection of furniture, artworks and effective lighting solutions.

The furniture was provided by Interwood Mobel while some furniture items including rugs & accessories were selected from Artec Home. All-porcelain tiles by Benitoz and wooden laminates and carpet tiles by PCI Group. The Air-conditioning solutions were designed and implemented by Daikan Pakistan.
