45 Parkview Residence

Overview

The project stems from cubist modernist roots articulated through geometric forms that create progressions of space. This residential building expresses sense of belonging and understanding of culture, technology and environment. Design has been evolved emphasizing on simplicity, openness and light filled interior spaces. Proportions, energy efficiency and details are their focus.
45 Parkview Residence was designed on the philosophy to keep things “just enough” & not to overdo anything. We believe that the over emphasis & the preoccupation with form & style at time overshadows the original intent of what architecture is to be for the user. Our design approach in this project was to take advantage of natural light & air to create an overall quality of space.
