Façade Development.

The strict edges of Crescent Arcade stem from our belief in functionality as the first design endeavour. The client required a modern design outlook for an already built structure.

We started the design process from a subtractive manipulation of a cuboid. providing fenestrations and levels for visual accessibility.

The horizontality of the structure is complemented by dividing it into two elements which also demarcates the change of functional zone i.e a shopping plaza and corporate office space above it.
