Mr & Mrs. Dr. Umar’s Residence lies on the subtle hills of Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The plot is an irregular triangle in shape thus giving the architects a very unusual canvas to play around with. Following the client requirements and architect ideologies, the residence is a modern contemporary design. The main functions of the residency are placed around a courtyard with a grand staircase allowing connectivity, introverted views, and integration of maximum passive strategies. The living rooms are placed on the front and corners, utilizing most of the available land for outdoor views, landscaping and decks.
