Dhahran Expo is considered as one of the largest exhibition companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is a self-contained setting, spread over an area of 100,000 square meters, with 2 interconnected Exhibition Halls of 7,200 square meters, outdoor exhibition area of more than 10,000 square meters, Business Centers, V.I.P. lounges& cafeteria , warehouse, workshop, mosque, gardens and parking to accommodate more than 2,500 vehicle.
Dhahran Expo hosts every year more than 30 events every year from large scale exhibitions to conferences, shows and festivals, welcoming more than one million visitors.Dahran Expo is a feather in the hat of Collage Consultant Pvt Ltd. as it is one of the AvantGrade projects of Collage Consultants Pvt Ltd.
Collage Consultants Pvt Ltd started with the renovation, uplifting & Interior Design of the West Wing and due to our innovative design solutions for the project, Collage Consultants Pvt Ltd were futher awarded renovation, uplifting & Interior Design of the South Wing of Dahran Expo which also serves as the VIP& Royal entrance. Seeing our commitment to the project the Dahran Expo Authorities have also Awarded Collage Consultants Pvt Ltd the Convention Hall for the Dahran Expo.
Interior design of the south wing of Dahran Expo which also serves as the VIP entrance speaks volumes of our attention to detail and our commitment to the project. The ground floor consists of large double height lobbies, a cafeteria, a VIP waiting hall and meeting and conference rooms. The offices are located on the mezzanine floors, a left and right office with separate access and vertical circulation. One serves as a guest office and the other as a permanent office for the south wing staff.
The interior concept is based around using fragmented geometry to create an interesting play of the open spaces. The lines of the layout are organic, creating islands for different purposes (i.e. seating, reception and display). The use of elegant, straight clean cut lines against the fragmented geometry highlights different features created with various materials.

The project consists of a VIP area, Entrance lobby, Business center, Offices, meeting rooms, Cafeteria and utilities on the ground floor. The first Floor is the administrative level with an executive zone, meeting rooms and offices for different departments.
The Dhahran Expo West Wing pays a tribute to Modern industry. The theme of the building is contemporary industrial chic which was adopted due to the Client’s budgetary constraints. The design proudly displays the building materials that many try to conceal, exposing what lies beneath to achieve a raw and edgy look and effectively eliminating the cost of covering all the exposed pipes, beams and ducts running along the high ceilings and walls. Form and function were both equally important considerations in this process.
