Pinnacle Biotech has an iconic presence in its urban-industrial setting due to its distinctive curvilinear Façade form, viewing angles and the cantilevered, wing-like, floating roof.
Design's concept is to cut a slice of purely geometric rectangle to create a green pocket chunk to soften the surrounding industrial fabric through its presence.
The building can be viewed from the main Road, with open space in the foreground, which offsets the building against an interesting approach, and helps in registering its impact on the viewer.
The main entrance is bold and inviting, leaving no guesswork to the visitor as to where he should enter the building, and the landscaping is so laid out as to not only guide the visitor but to prepare him for the extra ordinary spatial relationship of the entrance lobby with the external landscape.
