J7 Site Office

Overview

J7 emporium is a 26-storey commercial high-rise building designed by ARA and being constructed by j7
group.

The site office was designed to create an impact in the market as a forerunner to the actual building.
Therefore, a contemporary language was used in the design with masses composed together to form
clean lines in the façade and interior. The façade gives an impression of a solid mass cantilevered in the
air achieved with a glass entrance. The interior double height lobby hosts the main reception and
waiting area featuring a protruding cantilevered glass box conference room.
