Overview

The design was carefully proposed to reflect the professional, clean and dependable brand identity through all the material application and features incorporated into the design.
With the challenge of only one side open with no separate service entrance, the industrial exhaust and propane tanks were strategically integrated into the design at the shop front. Design solutions like a green barrier was provided to block out the undesirable features of the context on both sides.
The design process was a back and forth evaluation of the challenges that needed to be responded to and yet have a design that stood out in the context and have a cost effective approach to it.
The shop front design creates a separation from the adjacent shops through the application of a green barrier. Additionally to accommodate the food panda riders regularly visiting the site for deliveries, a temporary shading structure was erected to shade them from the sun.
