The building is layered as an anecdotal analogy of our times. Everyday transitory experience of pop culture, politics is juxtaposed in the building's exterior and the interior. The interaction of culture and politics in the daily existence of people is expressed in a contemporary idiom. The building narrates a story of a nation at a threshold of change; hence a freestanding container at the entrance stands as an iconic container symbolizing resilience, fragility, and protection. The reference is of 126 spent by Imran Khan – now the prime minister of Pakistan, living and addressing his followers from and above the container against the corruption in the country.
