Based on minimalist lines & contemporary details, this project is one of our signature high end luxury residences based in the heart of capital, Islamabad. The turnkey project was completed within a span of 12 months from start to finish along with the furnishing.
The location of the plot is one of only a handful in Islamabad which opens up to 3 sides. So as a conscious design decision, the firm designed the layout plan to open up the residence to views from all 3 sides to maintain visibility throughout the internal spaces.
The interior and exterior has been conceived holistically in earthen and warm tones with a minimal color palette simulating a very subtle conversation between the natural materials and a mixture of contemporary design language. The external façade is a balanced composition of travertine and facing brick clad volumes which has been incorporated in the visual experience of the interior as well.
The hand-picked marble slabs offer a seamless look for the interior with a double height entrance foyer welcoming the visitor for the visual experience. The placement of the staircase just beyond the entrance opens up the whole space visually and the design maintains transparency throughout the visual space.
