The concept of the house is developed on simple grounds. The client wanted his house to be modern and have earthy tones, need for natural light and cleaner views.
The house is designed around a double height atrium, placed in the centre, serves as the vertebra to the House goes all the way to the basement, where a swimming pool is also situated. This atrium serves as a natural light source as well for the entire house.
The house is spread and formulated in such a way that the architects has designed volumes, incorporated split levels and bridges to join the extensions.
A beautifully designed terrace garden on the roof top. The louvres serve as a curtain at the windows for privacy while maintaining circulation.
