Old house was built in 1973, while its re-design modifications took place in 2019-2020; by Kalim Siddiqui & Associates. The project has come out with a blend of traditional and contemporary styles with technical settings that bring together a sustainable environment. Some of these include
Doors – In Solid Pinewood with white deco paintwork.
Windows – UPVC – Double glazing for maximum sound weatherproofing.
Rain Water Harvesting – by providing a large underground tank; under the front lawn for storage of water to be used in hot/dry season.
Solar Energy System – PV panels have been installed over the rooftop to provide clean energy all day long during sunny hours. Excess energy generated goes to the WAPDA grid to take advantage of reverse metering.
Indoor Air Quality Maintenance
Outdoor seating – connected to the dining area with a covered canopy of safety glass and solid wood structure.
