ORAD recently completed a 12000 SQFT Interior design project in E11 Islamabad. Seagull tower holds corporate offices for two companies i.e Kratos & Riz. An open space plan with huddle rooms and meeting rooms is used for managerial staff. Executive offices are enveloped in polycarbonate partition walls. All the design forms are wrapped in white and grey surfaces and the accent of blue cork sheet is pasted on the walls.
Level -1 is a lounge and dining area, Level 0 is the reception and waiting and Level 1-4 are the workspaces. Multiple floors are connected through an elevator and a connecting staircase
