Bringing culture in a contemporary design. The concept behind this house was to do a fusion of BRICK and CONCRETE. A little bit of Lahore and a little bit of Islamabad. We brought a small courtyard in the middle of the house connected to the open kitchen thus becoming an extension to the ritual of eating and conversations. A wonderful place to take your meal and newspaper to while enjoying the sound of the fountain and the blooming Amaltas tree.... connecting the indoor to the outdoor by flowing out from the drawing-room. Relying mostly on natural light, the house always has an open and happy feel to it.
