Residential designs by Suhail and Fawad

Overview

This upcoming and under-construction single family unit residence in Islamabad is another attempt by Suhail & Fawad Architects to resolve and simplify residential design by always learning from history but using technological advancements to benefit the client.
The location of every project does help determine the direction of each design but simultaneously helps understand the limitations it brings with it.
A wish list by the owners is never easy but does set parameters and what one wants to achieve especially when the footprint is extremely limited.
In this residence we did not reinvent the wheel but only tried to ensure that all rooms looked out to green spaces with a centrally inward looking plan.
