The design firm was established in 1997 by the name "THE ATELIER ARCHITECTS" (TAA) also used the name "TAUSEEF AHMED ARCHITECTS" again TAA. That was short lived as in 1998 it was registered as "designers ATELIER" (dA). dA later branched into two companies the other one was registered as MENHIR. Both companies were upgraded in 2007 and became Pvt. Limited companies with the same names. designers ATELIER Pvt. Limited and MENHIR Pvt. Limted. Pvt. Limited companies later were dissolved in 2010. Since October 2010 the new company name is "architect tauseef Ahmed & associates" (ataa). Tauseef Ahmed is a practicing architect since 1997, solo or with partners. Is an IAP associate member Islamabad Chapter & is a life time member of PCATP (Reg.No. A-01933) Pakistan.
