Resolving a 60 foot contour difference over 90? resulting in a split level residence. This interesting layout came up with certain on site challenges, which resulted in the design strategy of the project. Our design methodology is underpinned by contextual research and tailored to suit client requirements. Driven by a team of ambitious and dedicated professionals, our vision is based on designing and building for tomorrow based on the challenges of today.
The program required an isolated annexe and a main house with separate entrances. Occupied spaces required a view that would face the Ayubia National Park.
It required a sizeable lawn as well.
