The sandstone palette of the building helps highlight the thick foliage surrounding the building.
The use of materials and textures is used to make the mass of the building inviting and not intimidating.
The interior is a mix of traditional and contemporary. In contrast to the sandstone outside it sets the mood in white. The floor is white on site poured Terrazzo and walls in slightly textured matt white paint. The reused doors made in Deodar wood add warmth and this sets the stage for the client’s art and antiquities collection to become the accents required for each space.
