The Loft

Overview

This contemporary space has been under design in our studio since a while. This is a project with detailed design interventions and extensive structural incorporations. It’s being developed in contemporary lines with various design experimentation along with our client Mr. Khayyam Sheikh’s detailed input.
Composed as a linear form, this loft contains open floor living spaces and multiple outdoor designed spaces. A hanging metal structure with bedroom and washroom in the double height living space is part of an interesting addition in the loft space. Swimming pool that is major part of the design has also been designed with outdoor Jacuzzi and changing/ shower areas. Outdoor kitchen and services are placed along with basic circulation of daily use. Glazing and curtain glass walls are specially equipped for harsh weather conditions.
