About MML

In 1964, Kowa Co Ltd of Japan and A Clouet & Co of France formed a joint venture company, Malaysian Mosaics, producing the country’s first mosaic plant. The products were marketed under the brand MML. MML started venturing into manufacturing full body porcelain tiles in 1991. This was our core product until 2005, when MML transformed almost overnight from a specialist to a full range ceramic tile manufacturer, producing porcelain and ceramic tiles. In 2008, MML embarked on ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and achieved certification in less than 6 months; a testimony to our inherent green culture. More importantly, it led us to create our breakthrough green tile in year 2012, that is also the first-ever in the country to be awarded the prestigious Green Label from the Singapore Environment Council.
