Had an extremely bad experience with Al Asif Kitchens. I had always thought of them as a reputable group and this is why I approached them to make a new cabinet for my kitchen. First they quoted overcharged prices by charging full price for area under the new kitchen counter which was completely vacant and didnt involve any designing or installation from their side. The kitchen counter itself has to be installed by a different person as they said they dont install marble counters. Still they charged full price for the area which was not covered in the order with them. Next, when I reduced the size of the order because of this overcharged price (so that the area they were overcharging for is completely removed from their order), they started asking for extra money for items to be installed in the cabinet calling them extra accessories even though the contract being negotiated was for full materials as well as labor and installation to be provided by them and I had the conversation regarding this on record. When I placed the record in front of them and asked for removal of the extra-charged cost, they started telling me that my order is too small and they dont take small orders (Rs. 30 - 40 k) like mine. My reading is that they are greedy and overcharge customers. So be really careful if you are placing an order with them.
